We offer the following computer services:
Removal of viruses, spyware and malware
Just about any IT person can reload an operating system, however, we specialise in removal of viruses, spyware and malware from computers and laptops, whilst still preserving all your software, data, photos, emails, internet favourites, etc.
In the small number of cases where the software has been corrupted beyond repair, and a reload is required, we will back-up all of your data, photos, emails, internet favourites, etc. prior to the reload, and then restore all to their original locations/folders on your hard drive, so you know where everything is.
We will also re-install all of your printers, scanners and email
configurations.
Servicing, repairing & upgrading of computers and laptops
We service, repair & upgrade computers and laptops as required.
Servicing includes system clean-up and optimisation of performance.
Additionally, we repair and upgrade computers and laptops as required, including replacement of faulty parts like motherboards / mainboards, hard disk drives (including data recovery and restoration), memory (RAM), video cards, etc.
We also upgrade parts as required, such as upgrading of hard disk drives to increase storage space, addition of further memory (RAM) to increase system performance, etc.
Supply, installation & configuration of home and office networks
We can supply, install and configure home and office networks to suit your needs. Networking offers the ability to share files, printers, internet connections, etc. Additionally, we can set-up and configure remote access to office servers, workstations, etc. enabling access from home, whilst travelling, etc.
Configuration, repair & sharing of internet connections
We can set-up / configure and repair your internet connection as required, ensuring your computer or laptop is correctly connected to your ISP (internet service provider). Additionally, we can share out your internet connection to multiple computers or laptops within your home or office as required.
Custom-building of new computers to meet client's needs and budget
We can custom-build a new computer to your meet your needs and budget.
We use brand-new parts, and strive to build your new computer in the most cost-effective way possible. All new computers we build include a 12 month 'back to base' warranty. We also offer on-site delivery and installation within
our service areas, and can transfer data between existing
systems and the new system as/if required, connect the new
computer into an existing internet connection and/or home or
office network as/if required, install printers, scanners, etc.
Supply, installation & configuration of computer parts and software packages
We can supply, install and configure computer parts to enhance your computer and it's performance. We can also supply, install and configure software packages onto your personal computer if required.
